Current outlaw bug list:

Sinister Strike during
Audacity is different than regular Ambush -- it has a chance strike 3 times and grant 6
Opportunity stacks.

Adrenaline Rush with it already active will lower your energy by 50, then fill that energy because of Improved Adrenaline Rush, and then increase your max energy by 50 without filling it (effectively cheating you out of 50 energy).

Keep it Rolling's buff extensions are capped at 60 seconds.
-# - After the removal of acro and the increase to 8 yard of
Blade Flurry's cleaving range, the cast range is now shorter than its active range.

Grappling Hook will fire but fail to move the player if some part of the environment is obstructing its path, and then go on cooldown.

Roll the Bones buffs will sometimes stay behind after rerolling for no apparent reason, not related to our container buff theory.

Stealth is bugged in a multitude of ways:

Stance bar dont activate, nor [stealth] macros and you cannot use spells that require stealth(seems fixed as of 8/6)
-# - The dispatch from BtEsCrackshot won't go off
-# - ~~ If your first gcd to break stealth is bte it goes on cooldown~~ (seems fixed as of 8/6)
-# - There is a very short period after breaking stealth where uuh and crackshot isnt active yet(100/200ms?), so bte can go on cd . This can happen if you gs> bte very fast example or if you break stealth with a melee swing into insta bte (can happen with a /startattack macroed into bte, and probably if you are in a gcd lock?) see: #1266690703644426270 message
-# - And finally, brand new bug, if BtE is on cd, break stealth with any spell, it will visually "reset" bte cd, you will then be able to press the spell, but it wont go off, this last until your bte cooldown is actually back up, example video under:
