What i am doing that is handicapping me so much?

there are a lot of key concepts to cover here

the main thing is that adrenaline rush is not a cooldown that you hold for certain moments, it is something you use prepull and are expected to maintain almost permanently

I think normal was super shaky, felt like nothing was done right. feel that improved somewhat once we got into heroic

after raid i tried to learn the hidden rtb mechanic to maintain more buffs etc. and i feel like thats where i struggle

you need to use blade flurry > stealth > RTB > ADR > SND before the pull even begins

you can do it at any prepull timer, even 30s before the pull, dont matter

when you use RTB prepull

#

you get 1 or 2 buffs

#

during the pull, when RTB comes off cooldown, you need to roll again to immediately get 3 buffs

#

because of the tier set + loaded dice

#

getting and maintaining 3 buffs immediately is an important part of outlaw

#

so you can 3 buffs normally, proc a 4th buff, use KIR, then roll again once to try to get a 5th or 6th buff

one thing about logs is i cannot see when things come off cooldown

i can only see shadow dance

2 shadow dance casts in 2.5 minutes means you likely missed a cast
