it is a bit hard to read kir logs
however in aoe your opener from stealth should have likely been blade flurry > bte > ghostly strike > echoing reprimand > bte
compared to this
also vanish has higher priority than shadow dance
also with echoing reprimand i feel like you are not tracking the animacharged cps
sinister strike using after echoing reprimand even though you must be on a blue cp
you do this quite a bit, whilst i see what you're trying to do here, you'd be better off building normally into a stealth window and saving this AR cast for an extra BtE case inside the window rather than using it to get into it
you are right, it is rare that adrenaline rush + vanish/dance should be casted side by side like that
adrenaline rush is something that you are supposed to try to maintain permanently
with proper gameplay it has maybe 90% uptime or more
this is cleave with deft maneuvers, so ez 95+ probably even 99-100%
I can certainly feel the low AR uptime

No, this is the first time i've jumped on this guy since season 2
mix of greens/blues/season 2 gear
I wanted to get a picture of what to work on rotation wise while i gear him up over the next couple weeks
the tier set changes how you use roll the bones and keep it rolling
with tier set you are able to maintain 3+ buffs from roll the bones
ill just put this here
make sure you know the rtb/kir rules:
- if you have 1-2 buffs and loaded dice active, then you must roll asap to get 3 buffs. with proper gameplay you are maintaining at least 3 buffs for almost all of combat
- after you get 3 normal buffs, once you get a 4th buff from Count the Odds you must immediately use KIR to boost them all
- after you use KIR, once all your buffs are under 39s remaining and you have loaded dice back, you should press roll the bones again to potentially get a 5th or 6th buff
the rules for roll the bones and kir after you obtain the tier set 4pc
That makes sense, I was thinking my low damage was coming from the low AR uptime and that in turn is lowering the number of BtE casts i'm getting off
without tier it is more difficult to maintain adr
I suppose having the 3rd buff from the 4 set would aid wit that combo point generation

I guess if this is the first time you've played rogue since S2 this is also the first time on the rework? so pretty solid start tbh.
Yes this is the first time I have played outlaw ever, but I played sub at a non competive level in season 2. Hoping to push title this patch with a melee comp.
