guess i m doing something wrong.. maybe cast sequence in opener/bursts.
and maybe I should use shadowblades and flag in another timings for this fight length (Larodar - 6.5 minutes)

your opener looks okayish I think although you send your second vanish a few seconds after your first dance drops, i believe the correct play is to send it as soon as your first dance drops. you should have enough time to send two sectecs buffed by CB in the opener with that vanish timing before the boss charges
not sure if this is prog for you but most kills are above 3m30s so you could look to cd on pull, at 1m10, naked flag at 2m10 and then full cds again at 3m20ish - alternate is to do what a top of top logs are doing atm (keeping in mind these are faster farm kills) and sending on pull, 1m10, 2m30 and 4m10
first method nets you an extra flag on boss and you would probably need to vanish before the last set of cds
other big thing i noticed is that while you're not sending triple dance in openers or cds, you're constantly desyncing symbols from dance

as a result, your out of CD dps looks a little rough, here's what mine from last week looks like against yours
but i think your opener and 1m sequences are generally correct

something that helped me quite a bit when i swapped to sub was grabbing a cooldown sequence from lorrgs for longer fights and then putting in a personal note so it would give me reminders during the fight on what to do on the longer fights

noticed another thing on your 2m30 CDs from one of your pulls (think its the 0.1% pull you linked)
you sent vanish here before pressing sectec
here's what it should look like
actually you're making this mistake again on your 1m10 cds
big thing with the cooldown sequences is you're pressing vanish not JUST to get blades or flag (depending on the sequence) off CD but ALSO to make sure you can fit in TWO sectecs with CB in your cooldown windows
heres what it should look like at 1m10
if we normalize to kieron's kill time, you're missing 2 secret tech casts (both during CDs) for a total of almost 4m ST damage
