When I go into Subterfuge / Stealth Windows: I feel like I don't know what to press to build combo points, am I meant to press something or do I just keep spamming BTE if ER is up?

Basically you'll just want to use Sinister Strike in hopes of it causing Opportunity so you can use pistol shot
having a good uptime on your Roll the Bones buffs helps a lot with this:
Skull and Crossbones increases the chance of opportunity proc from 40% to 70% per Sinister Strike.
Broadside makes everything that makes combo points generate 1 additional combo point

You cast Adrenaline Rush 17 times, compared to my 23 times.
You had the BtE buff active for 70% of the time, compared to 80% in mine
You cast Vanish 24 times compared to my 29
though i generated nearly 1300 more energy than you, with only 40 seconds extra time

Broadside was 54.6% on mine and 57% on yours
the only difference i can actually see is the subterfuge uptime
(the buff from stealth)

my Roll the bones buffs had an average uptime of 45%
yours had an average uptime of 56,52%
