The best way to evaluate gameplay is recording it though. You can download OBS studio and record your gameplay with a GCD tracker

Keep in mind i'm not the best outlaw rogue and other people here could be of more help - only 3500 io. Couple things that i noticed. It looks like your RtB buffs are not properly managed. Make sure to follow the roll rules to keep more uptime on your buffs. Your opener looked good, but you're not casting blade flurry enough in AoE. It is your #1 builder with 5 targets. Adrenaline Rush is tougher to manage in fall due to the portals but needs to be near 90% uptime and this run it was 25%. As outlaw youre always wanting to reset your cd's so holding them is bad. Your first shadow dance was 3 minutes in to the dungeon when you should of used your subterfuge opener -> vanish subterfuge window --> shadowdance subterfuge window. After that you should be around 30s max on your next vanish due to the CDR. Remember outlaw is different from any other spec, you almost should NEVER hold CD's. Outlaw is the most punishing class when you die and you had 2 deaths during the run which doesn't have uptime. Last thing really noticeable (im no wizard at looking at logs) is you use feint during your subterfuge windows for damage reduction it looks like. I'd recommend switching from Cheat Death to Elusiveness and using Evasion at that time instead. It benefits from Float Like a Butterfly talent so you get CDR on it and it's off the global CD so using it during a subterfuge window won't punish you. Read over the RtB/KiR and you'll be topping meters in no time
Spiteful week can also be a problem for new rogues because you don't get stealth reset every pack. It's actually beneficial for outlaw you just pound on the spites until the tank pulls the next pack and shadowstep or grapple to it and keep resetting your CD's. Takes a little time to get but once you did it's nice. Work on the stealth windows as well. When you look at your log and your Betwen the Eyes is 2-5% more than your Dispatch you'll know you'll know you're doing it correctly. @unborn heath
