unfortunately kir logs are a bit hard to read, cause it's impossible to follow if someone is doing the pistol shot rules correctly every time
BtE being 2% ahead of dispatch is usually a sign your rotation is not being butchered, though of course in a perfect world it should be higher
just looking at the first couple pulls, there's a moment where bte is put on cooldown right before you had to restealth
of course, you're probably aware that's the main issue that would make you lose bte damage overall
There's a couple moments where you can have a large gap between gcds even though adrenaline rush is running
of course, it's almost not humanly possible to keep up with a 0.8s gcd for the entire key, but it does hurt sometimes if consistently missed
there are a couple moments where roll the bones completely expires, which means you dont get tier set on the next roll
i dont think this should happen in everbloom

I use pistol shot when I have a proc and need to build
but don't have BF
or AR in stealth
so basically it;s prio with a proc just above SS

for this build, there are lots of moments where SS has higher priority than pistol shot, based on your cps
basically:
if you dont have broadside, only use pistol shot procs when at 3cp or below
if you do have broadside, you only use pistol shot procs at 1cp, unless you have 6 stacks

you are pretty much trying to be as efficient as possible with pistol shot cps in relation to its stacks, since this build can afford to do that (while the HO build needs pistol shot to proc ambush)
