So just to preface, I feel my biggest struggle in keys in my ST dps. I have been playing HO in all the keys I've done thus far, but I'm open to trying KiR, but feel like I could just play what's comfortable since they're so close.
Here's my raid logs from Heroic Amirdrasill from today. Feel like my ST dps is still lower than it should be. I know with the suggested raid build, you play HO so I figured the playstyles would be similar enough to maybe look at and see where I may be going wrong, or if I just need to get luckier... 
For instance, on a fight like Volcoross, I feel my damage was so much lower than it should be with the gear that I have. I know I probably made lots of mistakes, but on other fights, I feel like I did much better.
I'd love any tips or insight. Just here trying to improve and push into the 22-25 key territory
Okay so
one of the big parts of outlaw is the number of roll the bones buffs you have active at a given time
you want to get to 3 buffs as soon as possible and then hopefully chain 3 buffs for as long as possible
on volcoross, you used roll the bones before the pull, and got 1 buff (grand melee)
however when roll the bones came off cooldown again you should have rolled immediately to turn it into 3 buffs
also
you are using a lot pistol shots without its proc
these naked pistol shots
you should pretty much never press pistol shot unless its proc is active
you are also using between the eyes/dispatch between 1-4 combo points a lot
this is never correct, you should always spend combo points at 5+ inside stealth and 6+ outside of stealth
using dispatch at 1-2cp could be an accident (double casting it), it really hurts your damage
on smolderon there was a couple times roll the bones completely expired
this destroys your damage because then you dont get tier set on the next roll
you have to always clip your old buffs to activate the tier set
so overall
- watch RTB buffs, your first RTB cast (after prepull) should be much sooner into the fight to turn 1-2 buffs into 3
- chill with the naked pistol shot pressing
- always watch combo points for every finisher (5+ inside stealth, 6+ outside of stealth)
- never let RTB completely expire
oh also
vanish and dance should be used at 6+ CP into between the eyes
you should pretty much never vanish at low cp into ambush
you can do it if adrenaline rush is about to expire in like a global but that's a small minmaxy thing
you are definitely lagging on volcoross which is unfortunate
double dispatch into triple pistol shots

I do notice I sometimes double/triple press abilities, and I'm not sure if I'm lagging, or if I have some weird spell queue thing or most likey i'm just bad, but I'll try to work on that. I'll also be a lot more thoughtful with my RTBs and keeping a consistent 3 buff.
I'll also be sure to focus on making sure I use the right rules for combo points for finishers.

you can try to change your spell queue to like 200 + your ping
with /console SpellQueueWindow 250 or w.e number
the default is 400 and in theory this shouldn't really be a problem
but depending on how you mash keys you may benefit from slightly lower spell queue
How do u get the events to display like that, mine has the big ass bar behind it
