Hi pirates feelsloveman
My teammate has some problems with outlaw spec.
I didn't play outlow after rework and can't help him with his rotation. Looks like the rotation is close to normal. Only one I see is he overcaping combo points a lot from my perspective. The gear is good but he have many haste I guess. Can someone check logs and help to find the mistakes?
