its a M+ log which I know can be annoying but maybe just like isolate a few of the longer aoe packs or bosses?

you should never really hold vanish more than to build to 6 cp
or if you are already in subterfuge/dance
or if BTE is on cd
here is a case where you vanish but then just dispatch
maybe you ran into one of the subterfuge bugs

you understand that if you use bte without subterfuge or dance up it will go on cd?
and vanish/dance doesn't reset the cd

so you only use bte outside of crackshot windows if vanish cd > 45 sec and dance cd > 12 sec
if you get vanish or dance cd up while bte is on cd you should wait to use them until bte is also off cd

cause casting stealth is prob not super common since ill be out of combat

if you don't have a trinket macroed to one of your skills that you break stealth with it's most likely the clipping one you run into

first pull you vanish very early in the initial subterfuge window
but you get lucky and don't get the bug in that case

Looking at the first pull
- you should RTB before ADR in prepull, so loaded dice is not consumed on the first roll, but rather it is active for the second roll, which is the one that gets the tier set
- only exception is that you can ADR > RTB before they key is even placed, because ADR is reset anyway
- you used vanish immediately but subterfuge is already active
- watch delayed globals, more than 1 second between that BtE and ER etc. but your gcd is 0.8s
- you used keep it rolling with only 2 buffs active (should be 4)

appreciate the help, just needed to actually sit down and look at shit... hitting more like 75-85% AR uptime now and dmg just skyrocketed
also this specf is like infinitly more fun when getting these big ar uptime numbers
