You should build to 6+ cp before vanish or dance so you can bte right away

Since you are likely to get audacity proc and then you can use ambush as your next builder instead which can also proc opportunity

You should press ambush if you can, but outside of stealth you need audacity to do it and you get audacity from pistol shot with opportunity buff up

BF doesn't tick down while ar is up so maybe you can macro on theory

But you often use AR off gcd

For combo points during crackshot window for example

You mean that you press before global cooldown is finished?

That's fine if it's within 400ms of gcd

But if you hammer keys a lot, wrong skill can go off potentially

You didn't do that much at all on volcoross from what I can tell

Maybe the opposite problem on volcoross though

During crackshot you should finish at 5+ cp

6+ outside of crackshot

You should build to 5+ before you BTE in opener

Probably gs + ambush at least

My'das any time after you break stealth, don't macro it to bte. It will bug subterfuge out

Best to have separate bind for trinkets
