would appreciate if anyone can have a look at this, my Outlaw gear theoretically sims 20k higher than assa but i'm clearly playing super suboptimally because my ST damage is dog

You're using a lot of 5cp finishers
should only finish at 5 in subterfuge/shadow dance
otherwise finish at 6
This means outside of stealth you end up pressing ambush or pistol shot at 5cp a lot, even though that wastes combo points it is correct
Dont forget that if Broadside is active then you can consume pistol shots in stealth at low cp
you are casting sinister strike while the pistol shot proc is active a lot (probably at 5cp)
when you should just slam pistol shots
but anyway your BtE damage is higher than dispatch, you're using cds on cd and properly utilizing 4 set tier i think
so i dont think you are butchering the rotation
i'm pretty sure you have ghostly strike macro'd into BtE, I have to bring up that this is suboptimal as then you'll cast it at 7cp a lot
okay on volocross i think you let roll the bones fully expire once
this kills your dmg cause then you dont get 4pc on the next roll
