The optimal way for tea usage is first and foremost for energy. The reason the first tea is used in tandem with shadow dance is due to having 3 charges and wanting to use one so we get more

You want to use finishers on 6 or more CP. Unless you're in shadow dance, then it becomes 5 or more CP
