Only been playing for 3 weeks roughly. I do not have my 4 piece yet and still working on it. Outside of the 4 piece and the 1 death what am i missing here? I compared logs and seems im on the right track but the numbers just aint going anywhere

That's because your rotation is scuffed. This is an example. Sectec should always be during your dance window and your second finisher. You should also never be hitting ruptures during your dances.
