Thanks for the info, beside that I guess I'm also doing less since I mostly play M+ and am geared crit/mast instead of haste

Oh, sent haste on essence since that's what simmed higher

Same thing with droptimizer on crafted rings, haste/mast is simming higher than crit/mast for me

Also with the caveat of sepsis not being added so the red casts on your second and third garrotes are fraudulent, along with the bad marker on vanish
