Im mobile rn so i cant really dig inti rotations but from a glance:
Nado casts are fairly low, they should be closer to the 23-26 range, we're at 13. This is an issue cause nados o ly really a gain if you're playing it well. Halving it's value is almost certainly a dps lost compared to just running SF especially on a Tyr week.
Dances also look a little delayed. napkin math should have you in the upper 60s, youre in the mid 50s. Accounting for movement etc I'd still say we're a bit behind.
Only 1 potion use smh
In my defense, I bought my first potion like a week ago so yeah I forget to use those constantly 
do you only use tornado with SD or just send it on cd?

YEah NAdos only a gain in overall if you're sending it constantly
you're basically halving its value this key
woulda gotten more out of SF

so let's say you're opening on a boss, when will you use nado?
this is your iridius opener. The circled GB could've been nado
SS->nado->rupture->dance+ss->evis->SS->SecTec
im assuming on this pull your dance was still on CD and thats why we're opening with 3 GBs
in which case it would be SS->nado->rupture+proc->gb+proc->finisher+proc->gb+proc->finisher
so basically nado will make it so that my regular dance window will have full CP more often?

Honestly it reads worse than it plays
on ST you basically finish every other global instead of every global
and just take whatever gets eaten
in your dance it will garunteed 5+ when shadow tech is considered without crit rng, and garuntee 7 on your premed consuming-strike

the SD I'm not too sure about but I might be holding it for a bit too long if I think a pack is about to die
The only time i would hold dance, is if a pack wont live ~5gcds.
IF you can get the Sectec off the dance was worth it
The only exception is maybe if you're like walking into a boss on a tyr week and want to burst the opener
cause like if you waste the end of a dance going from pack a->pack b you just like
spin a bit and do 30% less daamge while you CDR the shit out of dance anyways
holding it doesnt really get you anything
I would suggest trying/simming a DB build for this week, possibl with SF over nado
Esp if that is a group you run with often
the feral can carry your AoE pretty hard and flag doesnt line up with the aug CD anyways; you also have a lot of mastery baseline
I've tried simming db in slice but it sims lower for me

So would you use SD use one shuriken storm then send st for packs that will die quickly
