Could be wrong, but I dont think you have toxic armor patch either? And you are trying to run mastery gems, but if you want best possible ST you run vers

you pressed shadow dance buut then pressed evis

Also the Strike into beacon is fine but

I don't pop evis after shadow dance normally but adding in beacon threw off my rhythm
