can anyone help me out by looking at some of the pulls? I'm mainly concerned about my cp management inside/out of shadow dance if i'm finishing too early or too late.

so you mostly are doing your rotation pretty correctly

i looked at wipe 11 since it is one of the lower % wipes

#

since you are playing dark brew you have finality optimization that I do not think you are using right now

but basically you want to shadow dance during empowered ruptures, which can mean reapplying rupture if you have the finality buff before SD, even though rupture is high remaining duration

as you can see in this picture, you have finality buff and press SD, which means you are SDing on a unempowered rupture
