Do your dance correctly - look at the FAQ
Don't press tea during dance - only use it for energy. Anything over 100 energy wasted is bad.
Don't press flag in dance, do the same 5 buttons every single time in dance.
Don't press rupture in dance.

the only minor improvement is delaying your dance by another half a second

#

because dance is off the gcd

#

so you evis -> press dance

#

and then you can't GB for another half a second

#

meaning you lose half a second of dance window potentially preventing you from getting 8 abilities

#

its very minor

#

but just something to keep in the back of your mind
