Hello great gurus, i was seeking a little help, ive been struggling with my dps, and cant seem to identify what am i doing wrong bc i read all the guides i could find, been checking wowanalyzer for each fight. I do understand that i do a few mistakes each pull like sometimes pressing finisher at 5 cp, sometimes using dispatch when bte just came up, but i reckon thats not the reason i cant do better than middle of the blue logs?
I know theres issues with gear (im aware that i`m supposed to change helmet for toxified patch for example, but i wasnt able to do any 16 in 2 weeks to recraft belt, someone leaves all the time and i dont want to craft a new one) but i want to focus on what im doing wrong cause theres surely something that i can fix so i do better while farming bis gear?
I would really appreciate any kind of help

Hey mate, first very obvious issue i spotted are :
-ALWAYS use your highest ilvl weapon in main hand, it's a huge dps gain, so swap your weapons
-Enchant both your weapons, enchants are very strong so yeah
-flaring cowl without the eranog ring is kinda shit, you lose a lot by not having toxified patch as you mentioned
Didnt have flasks nor did you use pots as well it seems

Yeah, a little short on gold, so im trying to focus mostly on rotation for now

To be fair the rotation is ok, you're probably making small mistakes here and there but thats it. I compared your heroic kazzara to one of my kill and it seems your uptime on the boss was kinda low
You had 10% downtime and my kill i had 3% downtime. Maybe you got unlucky with beams but on HC having that much downtime is rough
Especially as outlaw where downtime is a huge dps loss
But other than that just gear up and you'll se improvement quickly
And please please please, highest ilvl weapon in mainhand
