Hey pro's 🙂 I recently switched to Rogue and have been having fun doing some M+ but I went to raid last night and it was crushing, I thought I had the rotation and such pretty much down and was looking forward to attending, but I seem to be rooted to the bottom of the meters and I dont "feel" like Im performing as well as I should, can someone give me some pointers please? https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/mkhvBp6tX1bCDf2G/

Well, first of all it seems like you're using variants of common builds. Get KiR and HO builds from #outlaw-faq
Also, you don't have 4 set or 2/2 set, so your damage will suffer.
Looking at wowanalyzer https://wowanalyzer.com/report/mkhvBp6tX1bCDf2G/41-Heroic+Magmorax+-+Kill+(4:35)/Skarrps/standard/overview There's two big flaws: your energy usage and BtE usage.
I looked at your CPM (casts per minute) and it seems well below average, so it means you're not pressing enough button.
You got the finisher at 6+ CP part, but you gotta slam BtE on CD more consistently. Especially when playing with GSW.
I'd recommend sticking to a build you're comfortable with, I see that you switched builds multiple times during this raid.
Most people play the HO build (it's 0,6% behind KiR) because it's easier to play and mistakes don't cost you much DPS.
You clearly got a good understanding of the spec already. Get more gear, get used to a ST build, and you should be pressing your buttons at a higher rates naturally => DPS increase
I updated my message a bit to better highlight that BtE is not cast often enough. You don't have 4set yet, but once you do it becomes a necessity to slam it on CD
