you will see your dmg increase by a lot, takes some time to muscle memory everything so target dummies are your new best friends

One thing i would like to point out.
Did you sim your char? Because you are using our "old" talent tree for ST.
You already have the 2p so, you should be using Planned Execution and Inevitability

Just by changing talents you would gain 2.2% more dps
But Ralez is right, since it's your first time raiding as sub, read as many times as it takes to fully understand our #subtlety-faq and practice the rotation in the target dummy, find out which part is the most difficult one for your and train that.
Is it the opener? The rotation in downtime? And give that a little more focus
