U should use the talent that gives u 4cp on dance use, then gloomblade as first cast -> evis -> ss -> tech

No worries. My opener is pretty awful. How big a difference would you expect it to make?

Opener is pretty big difference overall as u have pot n everything off cd, but if u fuck 1/2 small things up its not super bad
Regarding mechanics depends how ur guild or group does them, but as a rogue u can get away with a lot , generally if u have to go to narnia u sprint right before n shadowstep back to boss asap
Depending on mechanic as well sometimes u can ignore with cloak

Yeah - I try to get away with that once a fight or so if I can.
I mean, overall, am I doing okay? It was an off-night for me for sure, but I just wanted to see if there is anything glaring.
For dance, my assumption was I'd want to use SecTec as second finisher in the window, trying to get Evis, SS, and Shadow Strike in first.
Is this where skipping the Gloomblade is screwing me?

Hard to judge without trinkets, and i cant say what ur supposed to be doing in terms of numbers. But fix opener, flag usage and improve the dance rotation n ur good

Oh - I didn't realize there was a stacking buff to see! I'll look for it.
I may also try out the Rotten build and take a break from DanceMac.

If u fuck up gloom at start of dance its not worth trying to fit it in after unless ur 2cp short
And id recommend getting the normal build down where u can auto play before going into rottrn

My assumption was that it was only to keep FW up.
So for the sake of my own smooth brain I use SS with its guaranteed crit to keep up FW and save putting Gloomblade on a button that would only be used in Shadowdance.
I can see though how it's acing me out of a 6% bigger SecTec.

Well good advice is also reading what ur talents do i guess 😄 as u didnt know danse stacks are a thing
But id also recommend maybe watching some rogue players that push high keys or someone like kush

I knew they were a thing, but it wasn't very clear. It's just total different abilities I use inside dance, right? The stacks don't reset if I use a builder twice - it's not like Hit Combo or anything.

U dont want to go for max stacks thats not a thing really 😄
The only exception would be st into an insta aoe but theres no real encounter where thats realistic 🤔

My raid team is pretty casual and there are some hard carries, but I'm committed because friends, so I try to push keys for challenge (for me, 45 y.o. dad-mode).

Well we play at our own enjoyment, if u wanna go for logs its very difficult in a casual guild to begin with because a lot is tied to kill time

Yeah, it's more that I've always prided myself on being at least at 50% or so. I'm also reasonably new to the rogue. Sub has been great; the buttons required for assassination scare me, and the spec also doesn't seem worth learning since it's so bad in AoE.

But regarding this log review u got some work to do 
Take 1 spec at a time, nowadays its fine if u can only play a spec not the whole class
Generally rogue is not that hard imo, especially since there are plenty of resources out there
Also if u want to ask any question feel free to ask any top rogue on your server , im sure theyl answer even if its stupid
