Try pooling combo points for flag so you flag > finish

#

and flag before dance

M+ logs are a bit more tricky, since it's harder to see what is stealing your focus.
But a few things.

Checking the first pull. You want to use Shuriken tornado before going into your dance. You also want to use tea in dance on AoE

If you're not shuriken tornado because you're waiting for mobs to gather, then you might as well put up more ruptures

#

Esp on the mobs being gathered or higher up mobs

Checking your opener on the first boss. You want to get 8 abilities 'within dance. You only managed 6 on your first dance

You seem to also be missing quite a few uses of tornado. Which is quite a loss

Yeah that's probably Shadow Techniques.
For when your auto attacks will generate a combo point

#

Imo, since we're not running ER.
This is just an attention hog and you could disable it without any meaningful losses at all

No worries. Also. Dps isn't the most important in keys

Do what increases the chance to succeed

#

Sometimes that is dealing maximum dps. Other times it's making sure the pack dies even

Make sure you don't lose cd usages as much.
Make sure you set up your cd's correctly when you use them.
Make sure you use your cds when mobs are grouped
