Yeah that I know, had someone steal my portal to drop laser so i went on a journey to find one. It's my only ST mythic parse though so still thought there was merit to looking over it with someone

So out of curiousity, looking at top parses people have deeper daggers at near 100% uptime

and mine is around 75%

if you look

you can't really look at uptime% because you were not touching boss for 2 minutes

So outside of bad shadow-dance usage, everything else is decent? Someone in my guild mentioned my stat weights are bad, im missing a lot of vers. I have some gems from last season I slotted when I thought I was playing Sin before I swapped

side note but non TFD you can go into dance at higher CP levels and still do the gloomblade first, otherwise its only if you land on 4 cp

but with TFD you always want to clear CP first because you'll waste cp otherwise

If SD is coming up in 1 gcd, do you just send a gloomblade before using or pool energy to not over cap CP

send a gloomblade because with new set its not like you need to pool energy for dances now, especially if you're running shadow focus talent too

maybe if you were really low on energy but i find with new set that dance + tea is usually all the energy you'd need

and another small optimization is you can save vanish for flag dances

just to be able to guarantee another finisher in a flag dance

yeah always flag at full cp and follow it with a finisher

you can hold flag for a few seconds if SD will be coming up soon and vice verrsa

Gotcha. Thanks a ton you've been super helpful. I'm still top 5ish in my guild, but saw the parse and was assuming that even outside the downtime cause of mechanics i was making mistakes

not touching the boss for 25% of a fight will kill your parse lol

usually the biggest parse killer for people is uptime...melee its hitting the boss and ranged is dropping casts

For sure. When you use Shuriken Tornado in single target, when i do I try to use a builder and end up capping on CP, is that just whats going to happen?
