Comparing m+ parses is difficult. Too many external factors that influence the dps output. Best way is to compare with a fellow sub rogue in the same group that does better than you

I am trying to find the ways to get better. Found out I am down like 40 to 50k dps overall with my gear and I can't find some "Big Issues"

The raid logs are private, can’t open them. I would first compare the top dps abilities with a top player. Number of casts, damage average etc to see if you cast sth too seldomly or use buffs incorrectly. Next the real work begins by comparing cast sequence- how skills are used when, in what order and what abilities are used together. Last but not least when you know every mob group by heart you will use everything intuitively, then you’ll soon be on top
