garrote -> slice -> mut to 5 -> rupture -> sepsis -> deathmark -> shiv + tea -> er -> envenom -> garrote -> rotation

Shiv when the first one drops
Garrote at the end of the second sepsis buff

it's better to just slam it early

so you get a 2nd use

rotationally keep a few things in mind:

never ever overwrite an empowered garrote w/ a regular garrote, you're just losing damage
don't ambush with sepsis anymore, it's better to use the 2 abilities for garrote

besides that man you're not missing casts, your bleed uptimes are good, and you have minimal energy waste
