i'm not great at analyzing logs but i'll take a look
first of all in terms of gear you'll gain a lot by simply enchanting and spending an hour to farm the annulet ring
other than that your main issue is that you're using sectec(one of our main damage sources) randomly
as a rule of thumb you should always use sectec as your 2nd spender inside dance

for the most part you don't need to track macabre, it just increases your damage inside dance for each ability used before
so in a dance with the first dance talented you would go dance->gloomblade(1 stack)->evis(2stack)->backstab(3stack)->sectec(4stack)
which makes your sectec do 20%ish more damage than if you use it directly after using dance

E.g. shadow dance > gloom blade (bind to a separate button) > evisc (if 6 combo points, else shadowstrike then evisc) > shadow strike > secret tech

but the most crucial thing is to never use sectec outside of dance
and never use cold blood for anything except sectec

Also check the opener on the wowhead guide and practice it on target dummies

another thing to note is that your stats are quite bad but I guess that's just because you're still gearing
try to avoid haste at all cost

yea you want to use flag, and when you get 4pc you swap some points to get planned execution and inevitability
even with no set or t29 flag should sim higher now
also good to get used to using an extra button since youll be playing it likely the entire tier

so originally i had it macro'd to switch between shadowstrike and gloomblade but i have a separate gloomblade bind now
i still have the macro but i have that extra gloomblade button for dance
i think im forgetting to gloomblade in dance

but you can also just use dance and not gloom with 1 click
frees up 1 bind at least

shadowstrike does 25% inc damage from true stealth
and it also procs premeditation for guaranteed extra cp
