^ those two are the current 2 relevant builds, you need to sim wich one is better for your character
for gameplay
one of them is 100% too much
secret is always 2nd finisher in dance

you did macro tea to dance

you did macro symbols to dance
^ symbols with tier set is used diffrently due to refresh behaviour
basically symbols can only take 3 sec from a existing symbols
you delay your dance casts
your 3rd dance is 1 minute 5
should be ~50 secs
so you did sit on dance for ~10-15 secs
this cold blood use is extremely wrog
just macro cold blood to secret and don't care about it
so to give a quick tldr:
- Craft new gear (boots + toxified patch is a good embellishment combo but sim what is best for you)
- update talents for newer builds
- adjust your tea use liek above
- start playing the shadow dance sequence correctly (secret as 2nd finisher)
- start to use symbols correctly
all of this are beginner mistakes, and once fixed should opt for a noticable gain in performance
