Looks like you're casting sinister strikes a little too often
You're talented into HO, you should be trying to get as many audacity procs as possible. Your audacity procs trigger your pistol shots and vice versa. Even if you have no procs for pistol shots or ambush you should be trying to fish for those before resorting to using SS to build combo points, vanish and Shadow dance are used for this purpose.
Another thing is you seem to be underutilizing blade rush, whenever you're below 50 energy you should be using it, since it's also affected by restless blades you can be using it on CD on higher target counts if you so choose.
You also had a few moments where you had Between the Eyes up and ready to cast but instead cast dispatch which is a net dps loss. Always prioritize keeping Slice and Dice and Between the Eyes up.

for how many targets do you recommend to cast Blade Rush?
if you are low energy and have no audacity proc, is it better to keep some energy and vanish than to SS? Most of the time I see I can only do one Ambush with Vanish

If you're low energy cast blade rush.
Blade rush's cooldown is reduced whenever you spend combo points so it's pretty much safe to always use on CD as long as you'll gain energy from it.
I would say it's better to vanish and ambush than to cast SS in that situation, SS is only cast when you have nothing else to cast pretty much
Blade rush's primary value is it's energy regen so it has value even on 1 target, anything beyond that is a bonus.
In that vein don't hold blade flurry to stack it with blade rush as it's generally not worth the extra dps

@round plover another question. When you do a pistol proc or an ambush proc and you don't get all the combo points, do you fill the missing ones with SS or you dispatch?

Fill up to at least 6 then finisher
You will inevitably hit spots, due to rng, where you can't really due much because you didn't get any audacity or pistol procs so you have to just SS combo points until you eventually get a pistol proc which can proc audacity and so and and so forth

@round plover Hello mister and sorry to bother you one last time. When you are in dance or vanish, do you ambush & dispatch or only ambush?

In dance the only difference in your rotation is that ambush is your only builder
you still spend combo points normally, as for vanish, you always exit with ambush and use those 3 seconds to get as many ambushes in as possible without overcapping combo points to fish for pistol procs
