but you want to use sec tech every dance
because they'll both be on teh same cd
and that means you get to coldblood + sectech every 2nd sectech

as soon as he's gathered
you sdance -> shuri storm -> bp -> shuri storm -> sectech
imo drop shuri tornado and pick up shadow energy instead
one less cooldown for you to manage
its a ST gain and an aoe loss
but very minor

so once that clicks youre sorta good
its not like outlaw where you're reacting to procs
