I dont have time for a full dive but 2 things that are jumping out at me are:

nado is worth while here - drop gb or sf for it.
strike is still a gain to use in dance at 4 targets, 2 casts is particularly low for a 3 minute fight

so something more along the lines of slapping a sstrike and likely needing sstorm after it for cp is better than grabbing max cp from one sstorm?

or do you save sstrike for vanish / shadowblade windows

No you only send the 1

On every dance/vanish

#

To consume premed

#

So you don't need to followup with a storm for cp

#

The strike just replaces a storm
