So! Straight away, during your Kokia blazehoof fight, I can see you've used Rupture during dance. You had a rupture rolling so, I can see the thought process of applying the Finality: Rupture. However, during your dance window, you should be focusing on building with strike, finishing with Eviscerate and SecTec. Some optimizations you can do in the dance window:
Gloomblade before CB Sectec if not capped on CP
Vanish after SecTec finisher for premed buffed strike
Not using rupture
Not going in with full CP / not casting a finisher as first GCD in dance
You also let rupture fall off during the fight which, isn't ideal
You want to maintain rupture at all times

I find myself energy starved as well even when managing teas and symbols
Do you think my damage is low for being 415?

in RLP, even when funnelling, I typically finish around 100 - 110k
This entirely depends on pulls though. If you have a different tank each time, you don't know how to prep for incoming pulls and so, there will be variance. I couldn't say for sure if your damage is too low. I'd suggest going to the target dummies in Valdrakken and sitting for an hour or so, I normally afk there during downtime so I can just press buttons

I typically end up spending at 3 stacks or so, don't overthink it too much
