Quick glance: SnD uptime needs work at 82%
strike, rupture. skip the gb
vanish strike only once during dance. the 2nd vanish strike isn't DM buffed
also this sequence. macro cold blood to sectech rather than manual cast.
- 2 missed gcds. low energy? pool and make sure you have enough before entering dance
- noticing you using shuriken storm always before sectech. is that for guaranteed fw? might want to find some way to track FW uptime so you don't force cast storm.
do you always tea on dance? check tea rules please. tea on dance means you have pretty bad energy out of dance and thus lower damage
- again 2 missed GCDs in dance
- 2 strikes back to back? why not gb?
the gb here, was that intentional or a macro delay due to stance bar change

- tea use on dance.
- forced storm before sectech

b) finisher rules are followed (6cp+)
c) gb/storm optimisation done IF and only IF you are under 4cp. and then only ONCE during dance

hmm looking at my own logs, seems the same issue pops up for cb/sectech. Ok i'll leave that out. but you need to drop the tea macro in your dance

Some minor stuff looking at your gearing:
- wrists should be swopped / farmed to something ideal
- ring, change the melandrus for crit/mast.
- trinket: shell can be swopped if possible.
- OH weapon, if you have spare sparks craft one ASAP
- hands: farm m+ get a hand drop, revival catalyst it and max it out asap

so what should i focus on improving first ?
There's a lot. Big ones first:
- drop tea from dance macro. Read the tea rules, keep it in mind
- blades and SoD, use separately and on CD. do not macro together.
- Dance is a scripted 8GCD move. Dance, strike, evis, strike, (gb), sectech, (vanish), strike, evis.
- There is a reason for this script, and do not track DM stacks. If you do the script right, you will be hitting 100kish crits for sectech
- Check your finisher rules during dance
Minor ones:
- vanish, strike optimisation
- cloak of shadows during earth phase for higher uptime on kurog. I don't see a cloak cast.
- minimise your downtime on boss. I see quite a few empty GCDs
