Let me review this in an hour or so

Cursory look:
SnD, RtB uptime looks good. Nitpick a little on your RtB uptime (minor).
APM however is 10 less than Wyele, thats going to add up esp with cleave.

#

Is CB macroed with dispatch? Why not if so.

#

11s: Vanish first then dance. Vanish is affected by CDR, dance is not. Always Vanish first

#

are you sure you're following CP finisher rules? 6 and above only.

#

vanish earlier, only SS when you have no procs, no vanish, no dance.

#

Unless you had no energy, wouldn't BR on last GCD of dance. You want to make full use of dance window

#

The rest of the fight follows along the same line of issues. And they are pretty core issues

  1. Finish only at 6cp and above. Too many times you're finishing with 5 or less.
  2. Vanish before Dance use, cannot emphasize this enough.

Also compared to Wyele, you have some major downtime/gaps in DPS. Some like the earth segment, you can cloak of shadows and stay in the earth band. But others you keep running out while Wyele is still wealing on Kurog/adds. Thats down to encounter mechanics, preplanning for it and knowing what you can reduce in damage or completely mitigate.

ok thanks for the review and apologies for the late reply. I have CB macro'd into dispatch. And will try to vanish first before SD. In terms of APM, is there a way to improve this? I use hero rotation addon to help me manage the quick play style of outlaw. In terms of combo points will try to improve as well. Thank you for the review!

Drop the rotation addon and get used to making split second decisions on what to do (finisher, builder, vanish, dance)

#

Make sure your macrod dispatch is on both normal and stealth bar

#

For APM, experience and familiarity with class. The moment you understand the rotation and why things are done a certain way the faster you react
