First night on mythic kurog. I'm feeling like im lagging behind my teammates. The add kinda confuses me as i dont know if i should ignore him and keep playing like it's ST or if i override Rupture as soon as he spawns.

Also i dont know if it's worth spreading ruptures on earth adds spawn ? I'm usually keeping it on Kurog + big add and just sectech asap + bp spam

The small adds are completely neglectable and it's purely boss dmg that matters there

I see your point. I wanted some padding to feel better in details as I’m the least geared man in the squad and i didn’t want to get benched for poor dps

If you get benched for that then your raid leader sucks. Padding is pointless and you should just compare yourself with boss dmg to others
