Hey guys, I'm trying to learn sub but I feel like im missing something in boss dmg.
This is a very specific Vexamus log (that wiped) but the initial 1-2mins i was focused to execute my rotation. so I think its decent to look at
I generally end up low in ST about ~50k but I sim ~70k. I'm on 100% outlaw gear as I mained it but switching all stats to crit/mastery is almost a minor upgrade so I don't think gear impacts it too much.
I also def didnt use my trinket here saving it for next big back but then the boss took way too long anyways 🙂
One thing I tried to experiment was keeping symbol just a little bit ~max10s so i just have it lined with SD
another try was that i've seen vpseed open on boss with tornado on bosses so i tried that too once

Also your first dance looks way off compared to the dance in the faq.
Focus on the shadowdance from the faq first. I see double shadowstrikes, if your first doesnt bring you to 5+ in dance, use gloomblade.

the boss was pulled with CB on CD and i believe i kept it (cuz it was macroed) till 2nd SD.
ok then, i wasnt sure how huge the impact of doing the exact rotation was as it felt like getting the spenders out with secret tech was enough but perhaps i was wrong 🙂
