almost all of your dances are very wrong; Dance window w/ TFD is basically hard locked:

dance at 0 CP -> TFD+ GB -> evis ->shadow strike -> sec tec ->[strike +evis as cp dictates]

the way you're doing dance wasted nearly the entirety of your premedcombo point gain, and you also lost basically an entire tfd cast

also has lower DM stacks for the entirety of the dance

all cooldowns should be used on cd no matter what

grieftorch should be used on cd outside of dance

CB will be up for every other Secret tech, which will be available in every dance

but when I use finishing move it reduces my cooldowsn

so sometimes secret tech is available 15 secs before CB

the cdr makes it kinda awkard to see when the rotation is being done wrong; clean the dances up as per guides/faq/ my earlier post, and hit a dummy for like ~3 minutes - You'll see things start to line up correctly.
