There is a lot to improve on here, can't go through all of it, there are far more mistakes than I am pointing out.
FIRST SCREENSHOT

Just looking at the first 15 seconds you should be using BTE after the second ambush at 6CP, as per the finisher rule. The two following ambushes unnecessarily waste CP.

SnD should be your second finisher as you didn't role GM, it is the second highest prio finisher after BTE.

Instead of SS here you should be using Vanish -> Ambush. I notice that you don't cast Shadow Dance at all during the fight which is a big issue. Vanish and Shadow Dance help you get back into the HO Ambush PS loop with Audacity and Opportunity procs. The first SS also procs opportunity so the second SS should be pistol shot.

Pistol shot should never be used without an Opportunity proc.
SECOND SCREENSHOT
You not only drop RTB buffs several times, you also don't follow the RTB reroll logic. This is a BIG thing to work on. (in case you are wondering there are only 5 buffs here because you never get BT)
I also notice you don't use AR or BTE off CD, there is no reason not to unless you are going to experience downtime shortly after using it when playing your current build.
Highly recommend checking #outlaw-faq, there is lots of information in there to help you with the core rotation of HO (ambush/ps loop, and using vanish/dance to keep in it) and RTB usage.
There is also an abbreviation guide in #outlaw-faq in case any of what I said didn't make any sense, but I'm happy to clarify if needed or go into more depth with you on other mistakes in there if you want to engage with it.

This from Primal Council is mega depresso to look at too, you want to be using vanish or dance here to use ambush instead of SS as much as possible.

Guild got council down and I don’t think they’ve been following my advice of doing this themselves so I’m kinda doing it for them lol, cause otherwise we’re not gonna get Terros down
