i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong here, but an ideal dance without the first dance looks like:

Shadow Dance > Shadowstrike > Evisecerate > Shadowstrike > Cold Blood + Secret Technique > Vanish > Shadowstrike > Eviscerate

you didn't start from stealth so i'm assuming you didn't get your ideal opener

pretty much open with a shadowstrike rupture, pop cds, including dance, then just rotato like normal

i don't bother going for a high point rupture since i want to replace it with a finality rupture anyways

i hear people say to feel free to use thistletea in the opener as soon as you dip low enough, since that charge will likely be back by the time you actually need it

but i don't generally use thistletea enough so that's something i'm working on, not sure where it would go in the opener

i usually hit my thistletea button the second i hit a button and i don't have energy for it, then i just hit it then and repeat what i was trying to do

and that never happens in the opener for me

And in the opener you do like shadowstrike - rupture - pop cds - Shadowblades? - dance- gloomblade/shadowstrike- evi?
