so yh you're also losing a lot of uptime on adrenaline rush and blade flurry i think
20% BF is low
and so is 20% ADR
on outlaw with adrenaline rush
just hit that shit as soon as it comes up, unless ur abt to be in a bunch of downtime for some reason
its fine to use at the end of a pack and bring it into the next, saving it is pretty worthless 90% of the time
what Duke is getting at is pretty basic rotational stuff with HO outlaw (the talent build ur running) generally you just cycle between ambush and pistol shot procs at all times and if you drop them you use either vanish or dance to get opportunity procs
