bump, could use the help
Okay there is a fair amount here, can't go through all of it.
FIRST SCREENSHOT:
Just looking at the first pull you should be opening with blade flurry in AoE from stealth not ambush when you have Subterfuge talented.
Then you should ambush twice instead of once, as you are only at 4 CP when you BTE. Finisher rule is currently 6CP+.
Then the pistol shots don't make any sense. You don't have any opportunity procs, and you seem to be in melee range of the mobs. You also overcap CP unnecessarily with the last pistol shot, again we finish at 6CP.
I understand first pull of AA can have a lot of shit on the ground, if it gives you the confidence to hit the mobs properly, why not just cloak the first green swirlies so you can get comfortable in the pull. If you do this it will still be up during the boss where you might need it. Even without cloaking though you should be able to hit the mobs with melee abilities.
You should be using vanish>dance>ss whenever you have them up and no audacity or opportunity procs. This is to get you back into the loop of HO Outlaw.
SECOND SCREENSHOT:
Again the sinister strike is not correct when you have vanish and dance up, therefore you could use ambush instead.
Your second sinister strike procs opportunity, but you don't use it for nearly 10 seconds. It is important to use opportunity proccs to get audacity proccs and back into the HO loop.
This is of course minor and not explicitly damage related, but you should use Tricks on your tank during the pull to ensure that you don't get aggro. Your death includes melees from Lashers that are avoidable with tricks. You could of course evasion there as well, although maybe you still die to Skitterflys.
I haven't checked RTB or anything else, there will be lot of other things to optimize... But with that said you should check #outlaw-faq for builders, finishers, cooldowns, and general rotational stuff. There are BIG dps gains from just getting the proccs and CDs and core rotation down.
TLDR:
