Can I please get some help on m+ damage and boss damage? Feel I am geared yet overall key is on the 70-80 range and boss ranges from 40-55.

Idk if that helps but your BtE casts Overall are low as fck in AV
Here is the FAQ answer to that
BtE is used on cooldown for Greenskins unless Greenskins is already active. Even with Improved BtE talented, this rule does not change.

My boss damage feels super low too. Looks like about 80% uptime on bte
