I think mainly I'm not rerolling enough to maximize SnC uptime. But curious if there are other big mistakes I am making

To me it seems you are not prioritizing your ambush to much. You gain alot of audacity procs you are not using, making you "waste" your ambush. And you havnt vanished that much in the fight to again use ambush.
But I am far from the best player, Im trying to be better myself with the same points I type above cause I see high ranked rogues use it alot more. But I might be wrong.. So maybe wait for others to chip in 🙂

In my comparisons yeah the biggest difference is I have really low number of ambushes. I'm certainly not consciously ignoring audacity procs, but I also get huge lag on this boss which might be messing with my inputs

There is a weak aura for audacity you can download that makes an loud chomping noise when it procs so you know to slam and hit ambush asap helps a ton
