Plus it lines up nicely with Exsang 
And like there it ends up being omega cursed because you don’t have the 4m lineup for that specific kill
It’s not as big of a deal for us, but like yeah, you’ll have difficulty navigating ilvl because of ideal timers, gear differential (puzzlebox, eggnog ring, etc.) among other things
Not necessarily timings differ heavily and it’s not that big of a deal
