couple things on this example opener

#

adrenaline rush would be used before the pull
whetstone trinket should be used after between the eyes is on the target
you are consistently losing uptime after your first ambush for some reason, is it because of the boss moving? there's no reason for such a delay there
that sinister strike was used because you had no procs, but shadow dance was off cooldown, shadow dance is supposed to be used when you dont have audacity or fan the hammer, so it was immediately time to dance there

overall a couple globals you are pressing sinister strike while fan the hammer is already active

this build only pretty much only uses sinister strike if you have no audacity, no fan the hammer, no vanish, no dance

#

defaulting to sinister strike too much is perhaps the most common error

btw, i think buzzing rune, glacial fury pot, and frozen devotion are all suboptimal consumables

should use primal whetstone/weighstone, tepid pot, sophic devotion

use acrobatic strikes, outlaw feels like shit without it

this may explain the boss moving and you are instantly unable to hit it
