Here is a slightly better one I grabbed from a rando log. He can also move that SBS around but the ER rupture is kinda solid for this build
Moving that vanish before DM syncs them up later, allows KB to just rip as well without early Garrote refreshes
You also want shiv up for entirety of KB. Refresh once it falls off. Env > KB > Shiv
Which that is super nitpicky because you have env buff up there when you hit that shiv > KB but just in general it builds good muscle memory
Doing this also allows you to Torch at the same spot without wasting your shiv uptime to the trinket
To put a bow on this KB topic, pool your shivs for each KB. You spend them between so you won't have them both for the next KB

So i can vanish before dm as long as i still garrote after for empowered
Forgot about the double shiv in kb build. So ill have to make sure i watch timer and hit second shiv as it runs out.

The opener I showed has the box with the vanish + garrote before exsang into DM
I would probably box before the vanish DM so after the rupture, but that gain is going to be less than a % if at all

Basically just rework your opener and the rest kind of falls into place
