sorry didn't realize I posted the whole raid, just pick on fight, like terros or kurog, I used the st build with kingsbane in all fight, but my damage seems pretty low anyway, there may be a couple of mistakes in the opener but buff uptimes seems good to me, I don't understand if the problem is my gear (wrong stat, trinkets or I don't know) or is a rotation problem

I would sim yourself for best build. This KB build is a little off but may be best for you without 2/4pc
Also I would do your opener differently:
You want to Go SND after first garrote, then snd the last GCD with shrouded
However, you overwrote the emp. garrote at 11 seconds, a huge no-no
#assassination-faq check the KB opener
This sequence is also a little off: Env > KB > Shiv is good
Finishing below max, max-1 or anima charged is not. I am going to assume this was the 2CP Anima charged CP but just be aware
Keep shiv up during KB, second one was a little late.

I usully finish at max or anima charged but sometimes mechanics get in the way and I push random envenom, should probably just keep the points

today I tried sub but i feel my damage is lacking in both spec so I'll investigate those logs too

I don't like outlaw so I'm trying to decide between sub and sin (for both raids and m+), which one would you suggest?
I like them both, I make mistakes with both so there's a lot of room to improve, sims says subs is much better but when I'm like on dummy I perform better with sin
