Kinda minor. You can sync last exsang with DM again if you want. Either way, you wouldn't have lost a cast if you had just cast it again after you refreshed rupture in pandemic naturally. I am not a fan of rupture -> build -> rupture just for exsang

Same thing here. The Vanish -> garrote already pandemics it to max, just go into DM and don't double cast

I usually look at a logs of kills and try to get relative times that way.
Like Terros can really only be as long as it is at 630
so you CAN hold
but you could be cheeky and squeeze that sang in
you could clean up some of the CP wastage with SBS instead of another mutilate and you did overcap with one shiv
so like not major, but I would say you probably could have gotten one extra envenom
