Your bleed uptime is very low.
There is some natty downtime, but comparing my one kill of this to yours, it’s about a 14% difference
Also you have a lot of waste, both energy and CP.
cP should be as close to 0 as possible outside of seal fate
This was about my waste from the fight - again mine isn’t perfect nor clean nor x y or z. But comparing the two shows me a more apparent picture on what should be fixed

Your cooldown usage is substantially better than most, but everything in between is more murky

How do I see all of this? Like the wasted and such
And does it really affect me that much? Like I see it says on damage my bleeds were like 79% uptime, but I only parses 8 for ilvl and 9 overall, will that 20% uptime on both of them really cause such a difference?

Yeah because it’s energy regen + damage for your 4p + a billion other synergies.
For waste, it’s resources, arrow down to energy/combo points
Also for a heavy movement fight, I’d probably shadowstep more

I do have the helm in my vault that I could claim but that would only give me 3 set, I was also wondering if it would be better to make the crafted head because I have the fire ring? Then just try to get 4 set in the other slots
